A great place for business meetings, gatherings or training sessions!
The Conference Room is setup for business meetings, gatherings, and fitness related activities. This room is not available for social functions like birthday parties, showers, cooking classes etc. But we would encourage groups for playing card games like Bridge or Pitch or a Book Club. Time slots are available for 1/2 day or full day events. Flexible time slots are available for fitness classes (Zumba, Yoga, etc.) Let us know what type of meeting you have planned.

Activities that could result in equipment or property damage is prohibited
No tape or any kind of markers to be used on walls or equipment
Light refreshments may be served but must be contained within the conference room
No cooking or food preparation on site
Dishwashing facilities are not available
If the tables are being used for crafts or activities in which glue, paint, or glitter, or other similar materials are involved, the tables must be covered to protect them from damage.
If there is a painting class, the rubber floors need to be covered to protect them
Outside equipment may be brought into the room with prior approval, but Grenadier Village assumes no responsibility for this equipment.
The applicant shall be in attendance when the meeting room is in use and will be held responsible for the orderly conduct of the group and any loss of, or damage to, conference room area property
Anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed to wait in the facility for a participant at any time
Half day and full day rates apply ($75 for 4 hrs, $125 for 8 hrs)
